You should've rewarded yourself with some ice cream upon completion.
I rewarded myself with a few frosty brews and half a hickory smoked chicken at Bad to the Bone. I felt it was close enough.I definitely recommend this workout to everyone, since it's so easy to change up: distance, time, substitute push ups for squats, etc.
