My abs and legs hurt.

In a workout I dubbed Reservoir Dogs, I ran 5 miles and every 5 minutes I did 25 crunches and 25 squats. Great workout, but it kicked my ass...

  1. You should've rewarded yourself with some ice cream upon completion.

  2. I rewarded myself with a few frosty brews and half a hickory smoked chicken at Bad to the Bone. I felt it was close enough.

    I definitely recommend this workout to everyone, since it's so easy to change up: distance, time, substitute push ups for squats, etc.
